Jared Hohl's fiction has appeared in journals, magazines, books, and online, including Electric Literature, Tin House, Washington Square Review, storySouth, and in the anthology The Apocalypse Reader. He was a fellow and scholar at Teachers & Writers Collaborative and the National Arts Club and won the fiction contest at the 2024 San Miguel Writers' Conference & Literary Festival.

Jared’s process art painting series, Enjoy Coca-Cola Playing Cards (Green), is a multi-year project of weekly acrylic paintings with more than 200 works planned. In October of 2025, he made his NYC stage debut in Jules Feiffer’s Little Murders at the Brooklyn Center for Theater Research.
